Evidence deleted
Fires when an audit evidence item leaves scope for an audit. Fires once per item.
The item is soft-deleted rather than removed: GET /audits/{auditId}/evidence still returns it, with a non-null deletionDate. Stop requesting URLs for the item. If the item later returns to scope, Vanta emits a fresh v1.evidence.created event and clears deletionDate.
