Sync all security tasksTo send us data related to security relevant tasks/follow-ups your system, you send us `SecurityTask` resources. This helps us determine whether security relevant tasks are being completed in a timely manner. This call replaces ALL existing `SecurityTask` resources for the given app and `source_id` - this is a "state of the world" sync.
